Absolutely the most lovely location stunning views, weather nice and warm during the day quite chilly at night in February an unexpected pleasure to have the newly installed log burner very cozy also newly installed bathroom, villa traditionally spanish but all modern conveniences.

This is a lovely modern apartment with a sleek well equipped kitchen and large outside terrace with table and garden sofas making it a haven for evening relaxation and a glass of wine or two!! It also has convenient access through a gate to the pool area so our children could come and go with ease. With two comfortable bedroom and two bathrooms its more then enough room for a family of four or perhaps more! Close to Marina, shops and beach meant we didn’t need a car and just walked everywhere!! Jayne the Manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble from arranging our airport transfer to talking me for a big shop when I arrived for the essentials. Denia is beautiful and we will be returning!! Highly Recommend!!!

The apartment was clean bright and modern. Close to everything. The pool was perfect for sun bathing on the grass area and cooling off the huge pool. The free welcome pack was just right to start off our holiday with a cool refreshing drink upon arrival, thank you Ladybird Villas.

About the house: nice clean house with a lot of green to give a relax environment. The pool is just the size it needs and is cleaned and maintained every 3 days, no need to stay in the house for the cleaning. At the arrival we even received a bottle of wine. House was also provided withe a full operational kitchen. A vacuum cleaner and ironing is also possible for during the day. The garden is lovely and contributes to the relax environment, the kids loved it. An other good point is that if you want to swim at night there is even a poollight in the pool. At very hot and damp day an airconditioning would have been helpful, and maybe an extra set of towels (we were with 4). Concerning our host Jayne: very helpful explaining everything of the house and where the supermarket, restaurants and bars were. I even had the need to print a mail and she even helped us out with that. Great service.”

Licht, schoon, plezierig appartement. Dichtbij het strand gelegen met leuk uitzicht op haventje, waar altijd iets te beleven is. Fijn terras met een heerlijk zomerbriesje.

Fabulous villa, perfect property to celebrate Christmas with the family, girls loved the gazebo looking forward to return this summer to enjoy the villa at its best in full sun. Ladybird villas attended our ever need, with fast and efficient service.

The villa was fantastic, in a great location with fantastic views and immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Jayne at ladybird villas could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend Ladybird Villas to my friends and will definitely be coming back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay with ladybird Villas , The service from the moment we booked was really helpful. On arrival fresh milk had been placed in the fridge for that much needed cuppa after travelling ! Complimentry wine and beers had also been placed in the fridge for us , this was a lovely touch. We were greeted with a smile and shown our home for the week , it was clean and tidy and we were made to feel very welcome. We are certainly looking forward to returning this year , we had not visited Xabia itself before and found it to be a lovely town with a beautiful beach with plenty of bars and restaurants for whatever you may fancy, with the added bonus of sea views from nearly all of them ! We ventured into the port also which was lovely and the market in the old town was a slice of traditional Spain! Thank you for a lovely stay , we shall be back soon !
